We are appealing to the over generous Bulawayo Community to help us in this venture by donations and prizes, and we also are looking for sponsors for 18 Tee boxes and 18 greens. Entry fee will be by donation, minimum $5.00 per player. There will be poppies available for all, again by donation. BUT, be ye warned anyone without a poppy at the presentation will be the subject of ridicule and a fine. Previous Media Expos have attracted a large number of visitors from these disciplines. Entry is free to visitors and information about the Expo is sent to various trade organisations and is publicised in the media. Stands - we supply a desk plus 3 chairs. You will need to bring in any display materials (as space is limited to a small area around the desks and chairs, it is felt that pull-up banners or table-top materials are most suitable).
